General Terms and Conditions

The seller is Mgr. Blanka Gololobovová with registered office and place of business. My e-mail address is: blanka (dot) gololobovova (at) gmail (dot) com

The buyer is the person who enters into a purchase contract with me by completing and submitting the order form, hereinafter referred to as “you”. If you do not provide an ID number, I consider you to be a consumer.

The purchase contract is concluded by distance in electronic form. It is governed in particular by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

The subject of the purchase contract is online participation in the courses. Their dates and prices are given in the order form. The courses are in Czech language and their content is audiovisual.

The purchase price must be paid by transfer under the assigned variable symbol to the bank account No. 152665079/0300. IBAN: CZ06 0300 0000 0001 5266 5079, BIC: CEKOCZPP, beneficiary.

The price is payable on the day the order is dispatched. Your participation in the course is conditional upon receipt of payment to my bank account no later than the day before the course.

In the order form you can request an invoice, which will be sent to you electronically within a week of the last booked part of the course.

The content of the courses is my work under copyright law. As the author of the courses, I grant you permission to participate in the online course. I do not agree to record or provide the course content to third parties. The content of the courses is copyrightable and does not give you rights of defective performance.

I will send you a registration link to the e-mail address you provide no later than the day of the course. This will give you access to the system in which the online course is broadcast. I usually use the Zoom system *.

Participation in the online course requires adequate technical equipment and internet connection on your part. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the system beforehand and check its functionality and operation on your device.

If you do not attend the online course or part of it for any reason on your part, you are not entitled to a refund of the content or the price.

If the online course or part of it is not held for a reason attributable to me, you may choose to request a refund of the relevant part of the amount paid or to attend an alternative delivery of the relevant part of the course, if available.

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons within 14 days of its conclusion. You will not be entitled to a refund for the parts of the online courses that have taken place during this period. The withdrawal must be delivered to me within 14 days electronically or by post.

As the seller, I can withdraw from the contract especially if you are in default of payment.

Any complaints regarding the performance of the purchase contract should be sent to the above address. You may also contact the Trade Department of the Prague 10 Municipal Office (https://praha10.cz/urad-mc/odbory/odbor-zivnostensky), the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (https://www.coi.cz) or the Office for Personal Data Protection (https://www.uoou.cz/).

Should a dispute arise between us, you as a consumer have the right to an out-of-court settlement, which is provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (https://www.coi.cz/informace-o-adr/).

We enter into the purchase contract together for a period of time until the obligations arising from it are fulfilled.

I can change the terms and conditions. For the purposes of the purchase contract, the wording in force at the time of sending the order is decisive.

These General Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2022.
