Good day, I read on your site.. extremely interesting information. Please, is there any way to contact you? e-mail or phone? I’m interested in the field of epigenetics… especially epigallocatechin gallate. My husband suffers from Parkinson’s disease… Thank you very much for your feedback. Best wishes JP.

Hello I received some grape seeds. Can I grind them myself somehow and take them? Thank you

  3. blanka

It is possible to use grape seeds, but rather than grinding them I would choose, for example, crushing them in a mortar. If you put them in a grinder, the most valuable thing – the oil – will remain in the grinding mechanism, and you will eat the worthless skins.

Dear Mrs Gololobov, Dear Mr. Svoboda, thank you for the information, which is very useful for all who have the opportunity to take care of their health in their youth on the Internet. If a person is young, it does not occur to him to care about it. It is a big mistake, because what is currently on the table in various food variants is impoverished by artificial fertilizers and chemical sprays, which bring great profits to others who have special protection, and the pharmaceutical industry also produces what it plans. How and what to use from youth is very difficult to recommend, it is like saving money for older years and this is what young people must realize and start at a young age to use what will help them in old age and they can live their whole life without big problems. This should also be taught in schools, as well as mathematics and physics.

      Hello,
You are absolutely right, but I am afraid it will take a long time before people who are not yet suffering from any problems start to take care of their health. Unfortunately, our healthcare system does not motivate people to prevent. Otherwise, thank you very much for your praise and we hope that we will continue to bring you useful information. Best regards

Hello, I would like to ask which of your products is suitable for use in the case of new-onset epilepsy in a five-year-old child. Thank you, Petra

    1. blanka

      Hello,
a large number of epilepsy cases do indeed have epigenetic causes, although this is not 100% true. Studies charting the effectiveness of certain nutrients in treating epilepsy have been mostly successful, but so far they have mostly been conducted on adult patients, not children. In your case, I would definitely recommend omega3s, they have a significant positive effect on almost everything brain related, and their use is appropriate for children as well. They are also sold in flavored oil form, so you don’t have to torture your child by swallowing capsules. You can try supplementing with astaxanthin, but in a low dose (if you have 4 mg tablets, take them daily). In case the child refuses the capsules, you can pour out the contents and mix them in a little water – it’s not exactly a treat, but it can be swallowed.
Vitamin D3 is also effective against epilepsy, and its use is advisable in children. In addition, it can be combined with omega3 and astaxanthin. OPC (grape seed extract) could also be useful, but this should be taken alone. For adults, curcumin (in combination with piperine) is also quite effective, but this is problematic for children. It cannot be ejected from the capsule, it is strongly burning, and may even irritate the stomach after ingestion of the capsule. Neither is resveratrol suitable for children, as it is a phytoestrogen, or pomegranate, which in turn affects testosterone metabolism. Yours sincerely

Thank you so much for your reply, we will start with omega 3 and see if we see any progress. Have a great day and thank you again. Petra

Hello, I would like to know if there is a school of epivigestion or something similar in Slovakia. I am interested. Thank you in advance

    1. blanka

Hello, I don’t have exact information about the situation in Slovakia, but I don’t know of anything like that. We ourselves are not opposed to the possibility of training in Slovakia, but it is complicated for us to organize everything from the Czech Republic. However, if there is someone who would organize the seminar, we would be happy to come.

  7. Natasa Puskinova

Good day, will seminars and trainings also be held in Slovakia? This topic is extremely interesting and I would like to learn more about epigenetics so that I can use it in my life. Thank you, good luck to you, Natasa

Hello, I wanted to ask if you could recommend a suitable product for hair loss in women. Thank you for your reply. Regards Jana Maršíková

    1. blanka

      Hello,
While in men the situation is much more straightforward, as the cause of hair loss is overwhelmingly the conversion of testosterone to DHT, in women hair loss tends to be much more complicated. There can be a number of causes. DHT can also play a role, so it is definitely worth trying the products usually recommended for men (i.e. curcumin together with piperine or pomegranate). At the same time, it is also advisable to work on stress relief and elimination of negative psychological factors, and from dietary supplements, adaptogens and those with a positive effect on the psyche – omega3, pomegranate, saffron, spirulina…

Hello, I would like to know more about MPG protein, is it possible to find out more about it or is it possible to get it? Thank you for your advice…

    1. blanka

      Hello,
MPG protein is certainly a very interesting substance, especially for its ability to promote the repair of damaged DNA. However, little research has been done so far, so I would prefer to exercise some caution for now, and I don’t have personal experience with it either. As far as I know, it is not available here.

Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to take turmeric(2 daily 5 drops) and sisak baikalsky? Would it be possible to drink bancha tea with it? Thank you for your answer.

    1. blanka

      Hello,
It is in principle possible to combine pine cones and turmeric – pine cones are generally suitable for combinations, but unlike turmeric they are not suitable for long-term use. Bancha tea can be drunk separately. In general, if you are unsure about the suitability of a combination, insert a break of at least three hours between taking the ingredients.

Hello, I have a question, if the training on 20.3.2020 Epigenetics and Epivigenetics 1 stage will be on a different date this year?

    1. blanka

      Hello,
I apologize for the late reply. Due to the current situation, all trainings are cancelled for the time being. We will decide on further dates as measures develop, but the chances of anything happening before September are very slim.

Hello, I’ve grown to love your site, I come back to it often. I would like to learn some information on high blood pressure. There is no mention in the lexicon of diseases . Thanks Vera.

Hello, is nitric oxide effective for lowering blood pressure? If so how can it be applied , or can you give me any advice on this problem. I am a 49 year old lifelong athlete. Year-round active running , in summer bicycle, tennis, inline skates. Thank you in advance for your advice Pospíšil

    1. blanka

      Hello,
nitric oxide is effective in lowering pressure because it dilates blood vessels, and thus the heart, simply put, has less work to do to “push” blood into the vessels. However, it cannot be applied as such, it needs to be made to build up inside the body. Some drugs can do this (Viagra works on this principle), or it can be achieved naturally. To do this, first of all, you need to consume a lot of natural sources of the substances from which nitric oxide is formed, which means mainly vegetables (beetroot is a champion in this respect). Dietary supplements that support the mechanisms involved in NO formation, such as the production of the necessary enzymes, are also suitable. Examples include pomegranate or arginine.
