Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

II. Purposes and scope of the processing of personal data, categories of personal data

Your personal data that you have filled in the contact form

• name and surname
• e-mail, telephone
• billing or delivery address, if applicable

will be processed by the controller exclusively for the purposes of mutual communication related to the message you send via the contact form or for the purposes of contract performance.

The controller may process your personal data
through processors bound by confidentiality obligations.

IV. Duration of processing of personal data

I keep your personal data for the time necessary for the above purposes. In the event that I process your personal data for a longer period than the above, the controller will only ever process it for legitimate interests or for the reasons set out in the legislation and only for the period set out in the legislation.

V. Rights of the data subject

When processing personal data, you have the following rights regarding the protection of your personal data:

• the right to request access to your personal data
• the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
• the right to restriction of processing. Restriction means that I must mark your personal data for which processing has been restricted and may no longer process it for the duration of the restriction, except to store it, if:
• o you deny the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary for me to

• the processing is unlawful and you refuse the erasure of the personal data and instead request a restriction on its use
• if the controller no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
• if you have objected to the processing referred to in point VII below, until it is verified that our legitimate grounds for processing outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms
• the right to erasure of personal data. The right to erasure of personal data applies only to personal data that the controller processes for purposes other than those for which they were collected or otherwise processed
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates data protection legislation. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz.
