Privacy Policy

Your personal data that you have filled in the contact form
- name and surname
- e-mail, telephone
- billing or delivery address, if applicable
will be processed by the controller exclusively for the purposes of mutual communication related to the message you send via the contact form or for the purposes of contract performance.

through processors bound by confidentiality obligations.
IV. Duration of processing of personal data
I keep your personal data for the time necessary for the above purposes. In the event that I process your personal data for a longer period than the above, the controller will only ever process it for legitimate interests or for the reasons set out in the legislation and only for the period set out in the legislation.
V. Rights of the data subject
When processing personal data, you have the following rights regarding the protection of your personal data:
- the right to request access to your personal data
- the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
- the right to restriction of processing. Restriction means that I must mark your personal data for which processing has been restricted and may no longer process it for the duration of the restriction, except to store it, if:

- the right to erasure of personal data. The right to erasure of personal data applies only to personal data that the controller processes for purposes other than those for which they were collected or otherwise processed
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates data protection legislation.
