Immunity

From an epigenetic perspective, immunity is a very complex process and therefore prone to errors and disorders. Epigenetically, it is possible to influence the activity of the genes that control the formation and differentiation of immune cells in the bone marrow, and also to reduce the level of inflammatory processes that deplete the immune system and thus reduce its effectiveness. The balance of the gut microbiome is crucial, as it influences both the formation and development of immune cells and the level of inflammatory processes in the body. It is also advisable to reduce the level of oxidative stress by using antioxidants.
